Newlsetter – January Week One

Dear Parents / Carers,
Happy New Year!
I hope you all had a lovely break and managed to spend some quality time with your family and friends.
The children have started the new year with a great deal of enthusiasm and have settled so quickly into their learning, which is great to see.
The school council and their parents have reviewed the anti-bullying policy. This can be found on the website.
Our new caretaker has started this week. Darren has met all of the children and has made an excellent start.
Reception and some of the Year 1 children have had a lovely few days learning how to balance and glide on the balance bikes. Well done everyone who took part.
Year 6 are off to Standon Bowers next week for their outdoor education activities. They are definitely super excited. Remember not to pack anything that you don’t want getting muddy and wet! I’m sure they’ll have a super time.
Take care and have a lovely weekend
Mrs Wilmer
