Our nursery welcomes children aged 3 - 4 and helps them get ready for school in a happy and caring way. As part of a nursery school, children learn routines, build independence and feel confident in a classroom setting. Our highly qualified teachers use play and fun activities to help children make friends, enjoy learning and grow in confidence every day.

Co-op Academy Friarswood Nursery: Ages 3-4

• When Can My Child Start?
  Your child can start the term after their 3rd birthday if spaces are available. Alternatively, you can choose for them to start in September.
  Our terms start: September, January and April.

• Free Nursery Education
  All children are eligible for 15 hours of free nursery education per week.

• Eligible families can receive up to 30 free hours per week.
  Both parents usually need to work (or be in training/education) and earn at least the National Minimum Wage for 16 hours a week, with individual earnings below £100k.

• Opening Hours

  • Standard hours: 8:45 am - 3:15 pm.
  • Morning session: 8.45 am - 11.45am.

• Wraparound Care

  • Daily care is available from 7.45 am to 6:00 pm.

• Additional Hours

  • If you're child is eligible for 15 hours of childcare, you can add extra sessions for £15 each.

• Lunch
  Lunch is charged at £3.30 per day payment through ParentPay, or you can provide a packed lunch.
